The 2018 Lupus Insight Prize was awarded on June 21, 2018 to Betty Diamond, MD, Professor & Head, Center for Autoimmune, Musculoskeletal and Hematopoietic Diseases, The Feinstein Institute for Medical Research for her groundbreaking work in lupus nephritis.
Through the Lupus Insight Prize, the Lupus Research Alliance awards $100,000 in recognition of major insights and discoveries that can change scientific thinking and generate advances in the understanding, diagnosis, and treatment of lupus.
