HEALTH SAFETY PROTOCOLS AT IN-PERSON WALK WITH US TO CURE LUPUS EVENTS
The health and safety of our lupus community is the Lupus Research Alliance’s (LRA) highest priority. That is why
we have decided to postpone our Mid-Atlantic Walk with Us to Cure Lupus that was scheduled for Saturday, October 1, 2022. Please stay home and stay safe!
DONATION DROP OFF
To reduce close contact interactions, please donate online to your individual Walk pages or mail checks to the Lupus Research Alliance office (270 Madison Avenue, Suite 300, New York, NY 10016). If you have cash donations to turn in on Walk Day, please seal them in an envelope with your team’s name and enclose any important acknowledgement information.
FUNDRAISING PERKS:
Every participant that raises $25 or more – will qualify for a purple Lupus Lei. With an attainable milestone like $25, we hope to mail hundreds of purple leis to you all!
Talk the Walk, Wear the Walk! Participants qualify for a Walk t-shirt when you raise $125. Be sure to mark your t-shirt size when you register. The Walk T-Shirt will be mailed to you. One lei and t-shirt per qualified participant, this is a non-cumulative fundraising incentive. . Fundraising must be posted to your personal page or received by mail at the LRA at 270 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10016 to qualify.
